Privacy Policy

Effective Date: August 7, 2026 Last Updated: August 7, 2026

Introduction

PSI Technologies Inc. (“PSI Tech”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through www.psi-techinc.com and any related pages, forms, and online services (the “Website”), how we use and share that information, and the choices and rights you have.

This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Website Terms of Use.

NOTICE OF DATA COLLECTION AND CONSENT.

THIS WEBSITE USES COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES THAT COLLECT AND RECORD INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR DEVICE AND YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH THIS WEBSITE. SOME OF THESE TECHNOLOGIES ARE PROVIDED BY THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR VISIT IS TRANSMITTED TO AND PROCESSED BY THOSE PROVIDERS AT THE TIME OF YOUR VISIT. SECTION 3 DESCRIBES EACH TECHNOLOGY AND EACH PROVIDER, AND STATES AFFIRMATIVELY WHICH CATEGORIES OF TRACKING THIS WEBSITE DOES NOT USE. BY CONTINUING TO USE THIS WEBSITE, YOU CONSENT TO THIS COLLECTION, RECORDING, TRANSMISSION, AND PROCESSING.

1. Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect through the Website.

It does not apply to:

  • Information collected offline, by telephone, by email, or in the course of a direct business relationship with us
  • Information collected at a customer or job site in connection with equipment sales, service, or installation
  • Third-party websites, platforms, or services we link to but do not control

If you are a resident of California or another state with a comprehensive privacy law, see Section 9 for additional disclosures and rights.

2. Information We Collect

2a. Information You Provide

We collect information you voluntarily submit through our contact forms, sales inquiry forms, employment page, and newsletter signup, which may include:

  • Name, company or organization name, and job title
  • Email address, telephone number, and mailing address
  • The content of messages, equipment inquiries, quote requests, and service requests you send us
  • Information you submit through our employment page, including work history and any resume or attachment you provide
  • Any other information you choose to provide

2b. Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Website, we and our service providers automatically collect:

  • IP address and approximate geographic location derived from it
  • Device type, operating system, browser type and version, and language settings
  • Pages requested, referring URL, and the date and time of each request
  • Security and anti-abuse signals collected by our bot-protection service, as described in Section 3a
  • Cookie identifiers set by the services described in Section 3

We use a privacy-preserving, cookieless analytics service to measure aggregate Website traffic and performance, described in Section 3b. We do not use heatmap or session recording technology on this Website. We do not record your mouse movement, scrolling, keystrokes, or a replay of your visit.

2c. Information From Third Parties

We receive limited information from our email marketing provider about whether messages we send you were delivered, opened, or clicked, if you have subscribed to our mailing list.

We do not purchase personal information from data brokers, and we do not receive advertising or demographic segments about you from advertising platforms.

2d. Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect

Our forms do not request passwords, payment card numbers, or government identification numbers. Please do not enter sensitive personal information into any field of the Website. If you need to send us sensitive information in connection with a transaction, contact us directly using the details in Section 14 so we can arrange an appropriate method.

3. Tracking Technologies We Use

This Section describes each technology on the Website, what it collects, and which provider receives the information. It also states which common categories of tracking this Website does not use.

3a. Strictly Necessary Technologies

These are required for the Website to function and to protect it from abuse.

  • Website hosting and content delivery — Cloudflare, Inc. Our Website is delivered through Cloudflare’s content delivery and security network. Cloudflare processes your IP address and request information to route traffic, cache content, and protect the Website against attacks and malicious automated traffic. Cloudflare may set a cookie to identify trusted traffic.
  • Web server and content management logs. Our hosting environment records standard server log information, including IP address, request time, page requested, referring URL, and browser user agent.
  • WordPress session and security cookies. Our content management system may set cookies necessary for form submission, security, and site functionality.
  • Bot protection — Google reCAPTCHA (Google LLC). We use Google reCAPTCHA to protect our forms from automated abuse and spam submissions. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information, including device and application data, and behavioral signals such as mouse and touch interaction on the page where it loads, and sends this information to Google for analysis to determine whether you are a human user. Your use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Google Terms of Service. Google uses this information to provide, maintain, and improve the reCAPTCHA service and for general security purposes. We do not control and cannot restrict Google’s use of information collected through reCAPTCHA for those purposes.

3b. Analytics and Performance

We use one analytics service, and it is a cookieless one.

  • Cloudflare Web Analytics (Cloudflare, Inc.). A small measurement script loads on each page and reports information about the page view to Cloudflare. This includes the page address, the referring URL, your browser type and operating system, your device type and screen size, page load timing and performance measurements, and the country your visit originated from. We use this to understand which pages are visited and how the Website performs.

This service does not use cookies and does not write to your browser’s storage. According to Cloudflare, it does not fingerprint individual visitors, does not track visitors across different websites, and does not use your IP address to build a profile of you. We receive only aggregate reports; we cannot use this service to identify you or to see an individual person’s browsing session. Cloudflare’s handling of this information is described in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

We do not use Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager on this Website. We do not maintain advertising or behavioral profiles of visitors, and we do not combine this analytics information with your name, email address, or any other information you give us.

3c. Session Replay and User-Experience Recording — Not Used

We do not use session recording, session replay, heatmap, or user-experience recording technology of any kind on this Website. No reconstruction of your visit is created, stored, or reviewed. We do not record your keystrokes, mouse movement, scrolling, or the content displayed on your screen.

3d. Live Chat and Messaging — Not Offered

This Website does not offer live chat or messaging functionality. No chat conversation is recorded, transmitted, or stored, because no chat feature exists on this Website. To reach us, use the telephone number or email address in Section 14, or submit one of our contact forms.

3e. Advertising, Retargeting, and Conversion Measurement — Not Used

We do not use advertising pixels, conversion tags, or retargeting technology on this Website. Specifically, this Website does not run the Meta Pixel or Conversions API, the LinkedIn Insight Tag, Google Ads conversion tracking or remarketing tags, Microsoft Advertising tags, or any comparable advertising technology. We do not build advertising audiences from visitors to this Website, and we do not transmit your email address or telephone number, in hashed form or otherwise, to any advertising platform.

3f. Email Marketing

If you subscribe to our mailing list through the signup form on this Website, your email address and any name you provide are transmitted to and stored by our email marketing provider.

  • Provider: Mailchimp (Intuit Inc.)
  • Mailchimp records your subscription, and records whether you open the emails we send you and whether you click links in them.
  • Mailchimp may set a cookie in your browser in connection with the signup form.
  • You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email we send, or by contacting us at the address in Section 14.

We use this service only to send our own communications about our products and services. We do not sell, rent, or trade our mailing list.

3g. Embedded Third-Party Content

  • Google Fonts (Google LLC). Pages on this Website load typefaces from Google’s font service. When your browser requests a font file, Google receives your IP address and information about the page making the request. Google states that it does not use these requests to create user profiles or serve advertising. Google’s handling of this information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

This Website does not embed third-party video players, social media widgets, mapping services, or comment systems.

3h. Managing Your Choices

Because this Website does not use advertising, retargeting, or session recording technology, and because the one analytics service we use sets no cookies, there are no cookie-based tracking categories for you to enable or disable. We therefore do not present a cookie consent banner.

You can still control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies, and you can set your browser to notify you when a cookie is set. Blocking cookies may affect Website functionality, including form submission.

Additional controls available to you:

  • Analytics measurement: because Cloudflare Web Analytics sets no cookie, there is nothing to delete in your browser. If you prefer not to be counted in our aggregate page-view totals, a content or script blocker set to block `static.cloudflareinsights.com` will prevent the measurement script from loading. The Website functions normally without it.
  • Email marketing: unsubscribe using the link in any email we send, or contact us directly.
  • Google reCAPTCHA: reCAPTCHA is a security control and cannot be disabled without preventing form submission. If you prefer not to use it, contact us by telephone at 305-998-1371 or by email at support@psi-techinc.com instead of using our forms.
  • Google account controls: if you are signed in to a Google account, you can review and adjust Google’s activity controls at myaccount.google.com.

3i. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track

This Website does not currently detect or respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals, because no uniform industry standard for interpreting those signals has been adopted.

This Website does not currently detect or respond to the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. We do not sell personal information and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under California law, so there is no sale or sharing for a GPC signal to opt you out of. If we ever begin any activity that would constitute a sale or sharing, we will update this Policy and implement a functioning opt-out mechanism before doing so.

4. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Operate, maintain, and secure the Website
  • Respond to your inquiries, quote requests, and service requests
  • Provide, fulfill, and administer the products and services you request
  • Evaluate employment applications submitted through our employment page
  • Send you communications about our products and services where you have asked to receive them
  • Protect the Website against spam, abuse, and unauthorized access
  • Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We disclose information in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers. Third parties that perform functions on our behalf — website hosting, content delivery and security, cookieless analytics measurement, email delivery, and email marketing. With the exception described immediately below, these providers are engaged to process information for the purposes we direct in connection with operating the Website and are not authorized to use it for their own independent commercial purposes.
  • Google reCAPTCHA — important exception. As stated in Section 3a, Google uses information collected through reCAPTCHA to provide, maintain, and improve the reCAPTCHA service and for general security purposes. We disclose this plainly rather than characterize Google as a restricted service provider for that technology, because we do not control Google’s use of that information.
  • Professional advisors. Attorneys, accountants, auditors, and insurers, subject to confidentiality obligations.
  • Legal and safety. Where required by law, subpoena, court order, or governmental request, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users or the public.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, in which case the recipient will be bound by this Policy or will provide notice of any material change.
  • With your direction or consent. Where you ask us to share information with a third party.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, and thereafter as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

  • Contact, quote, and service form submissions are delivered to us by email and retained within our business email and customer records in the ordinary course of business.
  • Employment inquiries are retained for the period required by applicable employment recordkeeping rules and thereafter as needed to consider you for future openings.
  • Mailing list subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe, after which your address is suppressed so that we do not contact you again.
  • Web server and security logs are retained on a short-term rolling basis for security and troubleshooting purposes.
  • Transaction and business records are retained as required by applicable tax, accounting, and contract law.

When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete it or de-identify it.

7. Security

We maintain commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These include encryption of data in transit using TLS, access controls, and use of established service providers for hosting and email delivery.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you transmit information to us at your own risk. If you believe your interaction with us is no longer secure, contact us immediately at support@psi-techinc.com.

8. Children’s Privacy

This Website is directed to businesses, municipalities, and industry professionals. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at support@psi-techinc.com and we will delete it.

9. Your Privacy Rights

9a. Rights Available Depending on Your Residence

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Know / Access — request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties to whom we disclosed it
  • Delete — request deletion of personal information we collected from you, subject to exceptions
  • Correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information
  • Portability — receive a copy in a portable, machine-readable format
  • Opt out of sale or sharing — direct us not to sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising
  • Opt out of targeted advertising and profiling — where profiling produces legal or similarly significant effects
  • Limit use of sensitive personal information — where applicable
  • Non-discrimination — we will not deny service, charge different prices, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised a privacy right
  • Appeal — where a state law provides it, appeal our denial of a request

We honor these requests regardless of whether we are legally required to do so under the law of your state.

9b. California Residents

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, California residents have the rights listed in Section 9a.

In the preceding twelve months, we have collected the following categories of personal information: identifiers (name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, IP address); commercial information (equipment and service inquiries); internet or other electronic network activity information (pages requested, referring URL, browser and device information, and the security signals described in Section 3a); geolocation data (approximate location derived from IP address only); and professional or employment-related information (where you apply through our employment page).

The sources, purposes, and recipients for each category are described in Sections 2, 4, and 5.

Sale and sharing. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. This Website runs no advertising, retargeting, or conversion measurement technology of any kind. Because there is no sale or sharing, we do not provide a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link. If this ever changes, we will update this Policy and provide a functioning opt-out mechanism before any such activity begins.

Sensitive personal information. We do not collect sensitive personal information through this Website, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that would give rise to a right to limit under California law.

Recording of communications. This Website does not offer chat or voice communication and does not record your interactions with it beyond the security and log information described in Section 3a. See also Section 7 of our Terms of Use.

Authorized agents. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request. We may require the agent to provide proof of authorization and may require you to verify your identity directly.

Shine the Light. California Civil Code § 1798.83 permits residents to request information about disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not make such disclosures.

9c. Other U.S. State Privacy Laws

Residents of states with comprehensive consumer privacy laws — including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Delaware, Iowa, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Minnesota, Maryland, Tennessee, Indiana, Kentucky, and Rhode Island — have rights substantially as described in Section 9a, subject to each state’s specific terms, thresholds, and exemptions. We honor verified requests in accordance with applicable law.

9d. Nevada Residents

Nevada residents may submit a request directing us not to sell certain covered information. We do not sell covered information as defined by Nevada law.

10. Third-Party Websites

The Website may link to manufacturer websites, product documentation, industry resources, and other sites we do not control. This Policy does not apply to them. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of every site you visit.

11. International Visitors

The Website is operated in the United States, and the information we collect is processed and stored in the United States. Our business serves customers in the United States. If you access the Website from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
