Eric brings outstanding sales, marketing and project coordination skills to PSI, those skills, combined with unparalleled product and applications knowledge, positions him to be one of the most trusted sales professionals in the municipal and industrial markets.

Bruce is the former owner of Florida Bearings Inc, having owned and operated that business for over 23 years before selling it in 2012. Bruce has over 40 years of experience in the municipal and industrial markets and possesses outstanding management skills in developing and growing business enterprises.

Hobbies include: Boating, fishing, diving and golf.

Alain started his career out as a carpenter and then worked for 10 years as a mechanic in Cuba's sugar mills. His experience and knowledge have been priceless in his transition to working on wastewater equipment, and he has proved to be a great addition to our shop team!

Hobbies include: Travel...and would like to do more of it!

Billy brings to PSI Technologies over 28 years of power transmission knowledge, with an emphasis on variable frequency drives (VFD), pumps, and electric motors. Billy’s great electrical and mechanical aptitude, and his product knowledge will add to the successful PSI team.

Hobbies include: Billy has two daughters that keep him busy, but when time permits, he does enjoy boating and fishing.

Brian joined PSI Technologies as an accomplished sales and project management professional with over 18 years of experience in the industrial/municipal marketplace. Brian brings outstanding municipal project knowledge, organizational and management skills to PSI’s organization.

Hobbies include: Fishing, sports, fitness & traveling.

With 12 years of field experience in the Northeast, Carlos brings a strong mechanical and electrical background to the PSI team. He has knowledge and experience with split case pumps, VFDs, and electric motor troubleshooting.

Hobbies include: Traveling and spending time with family.

Chris began his career ten years ago in the industrial sales market working as an inside sales representative. After five years of building foundational industry knowledge on the inside, Chris was promoted to an outside account manager role specializing in municipal sales of engineered products. Chris joined PSI Technologies in early 2019 in the capacity of Engineered Product Sales, working with engineers, contactors and municipalities promoting PSI’s numerous, quality product lines.
Hobbies include:  Golfing, fishing, and spending time with my wife, 2 kids and 2 german shepherds.

Eduardo has over 35 years of experience in the Motor Rewind and Repair industry. He brings a combination of outstanding mechanical/electrical knowledge, service/repair knowledge, motor rewinding, equipment analysis, and troubleshooting skills to PSI's organization. If it's rotating equipment, Eduardo wants to work on it!!
Hobbies include: Spending time with his family and traveling!! (Hawaii)

Gary started his career in 1988 working with wholesale plumbing & septic accounts, handling pump orders, warranties, applications etc. In 1990 he transitioned to outside account manager calling on municipalities, engineers and underground utility contractors. His 30 years of experience include specifying, selling & start-up of equipment for the water and wastewater market.

Gerardo joined the PSI Team in May of 2019 and brings 20 years of experience as a Warehouse Coordinator & Delivery Driver. He takes on any task in our warehouse that is asked of him and also works on our delivery vehicles. Gerardo enjoys making long distance deliveries and always goes the extra mile to ensure that his load is secured properly and arrives at the customer's door in perfect condition.

Josesph is a US Navy Veteran who worked on gas turbine engines for 3 years. He was born in Cuba, loves to work with his hands, and is always eager to learn new things.
Hobbies include: Video games, watching soccer, and spending time with his family!

Justin began his career as a US Navy Corpsman before earning his bachelor’s degree in psychology at Frostburg State University. After spending 9 years in cancer diagnostic laboratory sales, Justin made the change over to the plumbing and wastewater industry in 2015. His experience as a field service plumber, sales manager, and lift station department manager has allowed him to be customer centric from several approaches.
Hobbies include: Mountain biking, boating, and time with friends and family.

Keith joined PSI in August 2021 and has almost twenty years of experience in the water/wastewater industry.  Keith also has a strong background in electrical, pumps, and customer service.

Hobbies include:  Hiking, swimming/snorkeling, and woodworking.

Kevin joined PSI in October 2023 to service the Jacksonville area and brings many years of experience with wastewater pumps and controls.  He's also a licensed electrician with an array of certifications like OSHA 40, Confined Space, Arc Flash Trained, etc.  This combination of knowledge and skills makes him an excellent addition to our team and a huge asset to our Northern Florida customers!

Hobbies include:  Sports, anything outdoors, family time, and camping.

Luis comes to PSI with 20 years of Municipality Sales experience and 6 years of Submersible Hydraulic Stormwater & Wastewater Sales experience in MDWASD and surrounding municipalities.  He is the Director and one of the founders of SFLHCC, one of the largest Hispanic Chambers of Commerce in the US!  He's also a proud member of the ASCE and a participant in Cuban American Civil Engineers!
Hobbies include:  Working out, fine art, and dining.

Ray joined PSI Technologies with over 20 years of experience in the industrial/municipal marketplace. Ray brings a combination of outstanding municipal project/product knowledge, service/repair knowledge, asset management, machine reliability, organizational and management skills to PSI’s organization.

Hobbies include: Fishing, sports, and spending time with his three children.

Tom brings to PSI Technologies over 14 years of outside sales experience with the last 6 years coming in the water / wastewater industry. Graduated from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Business / Marketing. Tom brings a wide range of industry product knowledge as well as a strong project management background, always striving to attain a superior level of customer service.

Hobbies include: Surfing, cross-fit, golfing, and serving in my community.

Tommy started his career in the industry over 25 years ago when fresh out of the University of Florida, he formed Nichols Machine Works. He owned and operated that repair and service business for eleven (11) years before transitioning over to the industrial and municipal sales market. Tommy brings outstanding sales, marketing, project coordination, and field repair knowledge to PSI. Over the course of his career in the industrial/municipal market, Tommy has always been a valuable resource to his customers, available 24/7 and eager to assist. It’s this unique quality, combined with his experience, that makes him so successful.
